BILLING TERMS

This section governs all paid memberships, coaching packages, and recurring charges on datingmentality.com.

2.1 No Free Trial

Men.tality does not offer free trial billing. All memberships and packages begin billing immediately upon purchase confirmation. There is no trial period, and no charge is delayed or waived pending a trial.

2.2 Recurring Billing Disclosure

By enrolling in a Men.tality membership, you authorize Men.tality to charge your provided payment method at your selected membership rate (rates vary by tier), every 30 days, until you cancel. This charge will recur automatically at the then-current membership rate unless you cancel prior to the next billing date.

First charge: Billed immediately upon signup/checkout.
Recurring charge: Same amount, same payment method, every 30 Days, on the anniversary of your original signup date.
Price changes: Members will be notified at least [X] days in advance of any price increase, via email, and may cancel before the new price takes effect.

2.3 Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel at any time via the self-serve cancellation toggle in their account settings on the Site. No email or support request is required to process a cancellation.
Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation must be completed at least [X] business days before the next billing date.
Upon cancellation, membership access continues through the end of the current paid period.

2.4 Refund Policy

All membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins. No grace period or partial refund applies once a charge has processed. Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Men.tality in cases of a confirmed billing error or duplicate charge.

2.5 Failed Payments

If a recurring charge fails, Men.tality (or its payment processor) may retry the charge [X] times over [X] days. Continued failure may result in suspension of membership access until payment is resolved.

2.6 One-Time Purchases

Live event tickets, one-time coaching sessions, and the book/product purchases are billed once at checkout and are not part of a recurring subscription unless explicitly stated at time of purchase.
